Habitat - Indoor :: Adequate filtration?

Good afternoon fellow people =)
I have a 435L tank (I think that converts to 110 gallons) and was wondering if this is adequate filtration for two turtles. Neither exceed 10cm (4inches)

Flow Rate: 450gph
Aquarium Size: Up to 265 Gallons

From what I've read, each inch = 10 gallon.. So 2 turtles at 4 inches each means your tank should be atleast 80 gallons

A XP4 would be perfect for that size of tank
