Using 4x4 lumber for the frame. The inner liner will be 3/4" ply with 1/2" cement backer board on top of that. The drains will be similar to a swimming pool but will have acrylic weirs on them. The viewing panels will have their own frame and will be sealed with GE silicone 1. Lights will be T5HO 4 bulb fixtures. Will have 4 of them with the rear 2 bulbs being UVB producing. the drains will be 4" pvc that drain into a series of 55g plastic drums that will house all of my media. They will then drain into a central barrel to be heated and returned to the tank by 1.5"pvc. The inside of the tank will be sealed with pond shield epoxy. http://www.pondarmor.com/

They will be 1/2" tempered glass. They only go 2' into the water so the 1/2" tempered will be plenty strong.
