Habitat - Indoor :: above tank basking spot

I have a 75gallon tank for my 2 Res & would like to be able to fill it completely w/water (for more swimming space) and have an above tank spot for the turtles to climb out & bask. (Currently I just have an in tank basking platform)
I have seen different basking boxes built to fit on top of a tank. Does anyone have detailed plans for making a similar box? I am attempting to design one from pictures alone, but I am no carpenter Any advice would be greatly appreciated by myself & my turtles.
