Habitat - Indoor :: What Can Be Done with my Night Time Plugs?

Turtle tank setups and other indoor configurations.

I've got one of those power strips that has two plugs for day and two plugs for night. The two day plugs have the basking lights plugged into them and they're on for 10 hours a day.

Any creative ideas on what I could do to utilize the night time plugs? I was thinking of one of those moon bulbs that I could plug into the extra clamp light I have lying around, though I do not know if the light would disturb him.

Let me have'um!

Um..how bout leaving them and conserving power? lol. I've tried the blue and the red night bulbs for my res. The red seemed to freak them out and the blue didn't do much as far as heat.

Now the whole room is lit up red (I bet my neighbors think I'm running a brothel or somethin). I use red lamps for my snakes and the turtles pretty much got used to it.

You could get a ceramic heater for night.
