Habitat - Indoor :: 55 Gallon- 10 Bucks!

My mom was at a yard sale this weekend and bought a 55 gallon tank with a stand for 10 bucks! I begged her for it tonight and she said she would think about giving it to me.

Harvey is living the life! I got him from a friend that had a 10 gallon tank with 2 inches of water and a rock in it. He's 4 inches.

I put him in a 29 gallon tank with all kinds of great things just to get started and he is eating well, basking all the time, and loves to play with the air stone bubbles.

If I get this tank he'll be set!

I also bought a Python tonight. At my Petsmart it was 39.99. Luckily I printed out the online ad for 28.00- so I saved $12. I can't wait to use it this weekend!

omg, my stomach would flip if I saw a 55 gallon tank for $10! That's such a good deal, I'd test it for leaks before I filled it all the way up just in case though.

We're going to fill it up tomorrow... I hope it doesn't leak! Of course I got the guilt trip "You only come over when you want something!".
