Habitat - Indoor :: Right size for turtle ramp?

Turtle tank setups and other indoor configurations.

My turtle decided to break his current basking platform, which is a large floating dock. I was thinking of upgrading to the turtle ramp like this:

I just need help figuring out the size. Bitey is currently about 7.5 in and lives in his 130 gal tank.

Also, can someone help me with the measurements on the website? For the large one it is 11x16.5x6.5(height) . I don't know which number is the length of the ramp and which is the width of the whole thing.

Help please!

Those ramps work nicely with larger turtles. Sometimes they need to be reinforced to support heavier turtles though. Industrial girl uses a magnet to keep her dock floating, so you may want to look into something like that.
I'm not sure what you mean about the measurements... the length is 16.5 and the width is 11, but keep in mind that the actual basking area is like 4x8.5 inches.

that was exactly what I needed about the measurements. I am not very good at understanding measurements, and had a fear about it being 16.5 in wide!

How would I use a magnet?

Here's that thread on how to use a magnet to stabilize an acrylic ramp. You get the magnets in the fish section of the pet store (or, better yet, on-line where aquarium supplies are sold). One magnet goes on the outside of the tank and the other on the inside and they hold each other tight through the glass.
