Habitat - Indoor :: Stress zyme with bio-chem stars??

Hey i just replaced everything in my 2 rena xp3's and i put some biochem stars in there this time and was wondering if u should use some stress zyme with it??

also can the stuff that helps clear the cloudiness and stuff of water harm turtles???

I'd get the stars but skip the Stress zyme. Can you detail what's going on with the cloudiness in your tank?
