So i found a deal of about $250 for 125 gall tank, and oak stand, including wet/dry filter. Do wet/dry filters work well for turtles setups, i dont know a whole lot about them, and how they work.
Could be a good deal depending on the condition of the tank and equipment! Wet/dry filters are fine but will require more frequent cleaning in a turtle tank (which is true for all filters used with turtles).
