I get the wonderful pleasure of redoing my boxie habitat. Today i found a little surprise waiting for me.

I have a major infestation of sugar ants living in my habitat that i didn't know about. There were a few ants always, yeah, but i didn't think any of it until i pulled up the sunken rock and saw their lair.... and thousands of the tiny buggers running around for dear life.

I sevin dusted the s***t outta the habitat and pulled out all the decorations, so i hope that will help get rid of the little buggers. now i get to turn the dirt and replant all new grass. fun fun.

ughhhhhhh just what i need.....

See that’s what I'm always afraid of. That I’m going to get some kind of little bugs living in there and I’m not going to notice. Do you ever get mold? I do, just a LITTLE though once in a while (it looks like whitish hair?) but I simply remove it, I think its because I mist a lot. Is it ok?
