i heard of a dollar per gallon from somewhere but i dont know where that is. and i just wanted to know like the most reliable place to get a tank.

The dollar per gallon sale is at PetCo but it is only up to 55 gallons. Chris is right, check Craigslist, you can find awesome deals.

Craigslist would be the place. I live in the OC too and there isnt much but once in awhile you will find a good deal. So just look everyday till you find it

Got my 75 gallon on craigslist for 40 bucks, practically brand new. Even if you don't see something you want, put up a "want to buy" ad - people who want to get rid of stuff check those often! Good luck

The dollar per gallon thing is a once a year thing offered by petco. Plus it only goes up to 55 or 60 gallon tanks.
