there is one spot in my tank that is hard to clean turtle waste under the basking platform, so im wondering if a powerhead would help so that it would at least get blown to area where i can spot clean, can any of you recommend a good power head?
Make sure your turtle doesn't like to 'rearrange' his tank or else you'll be fixing the power head to the wall a lot. My turtle pulls his powerhead off quite often.
We just bought the kind at the store that was rated for our tank size...

That's why Hydor Koralia powerheads are the way to go. They are mounted via a strong magnet that goes on the outside of the glass so they will never fall or get knocked off the glass.
