I was just wondering if there is any other kind of reptile, or amphibian that you can put in with a red ear slider and he won't eat it? Like a frog or snail or something? Just curious.

If it's an adult male then it's likely it'll fight. If it's still a hatchling then you could try to put in a map turtle or another slider if your tank is large enough. You could try rosy red minnows if you want something for it to feed on and have some company with. They also eat some algae.
1 Mississippi Map Turtle 3.25'' (Landslide)
1 Ouachita Map Turtle 4.0'' (Hurricane)
The rest of the turtles have been adopted to good homes. :)
