I decided to redo my turtle's entire set up.

7 inches of water. (I overfilled it past rocks in the pic)

It looks nice! Consider adding a lot more water and a bigger basking area where your turtle can dry completely off. Take a look around the photo gallery for some inspiring ideas.
I like the tube for the filter 'waterfall'. I imagine it cuts down on the noise?

Nice setup, my turtle loves those little river rocks too.
I agree with Shavannah, I'd get a dry basking area, maybe a suction cup one so that your turtle can have the area under it for swimming... and you don't have to worry about those big rocks falling and damaging the tank or your turtle

He's moving into a huge storage bin as soon as I get back from vacation in a couple weeks. I'm playing around with some different PVC basking spots right now.
