Turtle tank setups and other indoor configurations.

Has anyone every purchased from www.reptilesupply.com ?

Their prices seem pretty low, and I was wondering if they are a reliable and reputable retailer, before I place an order.

Thanks,
John

ive only used dr. foster and smith items. although their prices are high, their products tend to last.

Are you talking supplies or turtles? I got my turtles from there and have absolutely no complaints, they're wonderful! I haven't bought supplies from them though.

I'm *pretty sure* they are a reputable store. You might want to search the forum for actual posts mentioning them. I can't remember anything right now... my brain is fried :)

I was thinking that someone mentioned their shipping prices were higher. So overall, I think that the prices balance...unless you are placing a larger order. I'm not 100% on this, but that is what I seem to remember reading.

They probably show that extremely low price to get you to buy. Then, right when you're about to click confirm payment it shows you the shipping price, which they probably added a few extra dollars.

Thanks for all your responses.

I went ahead and placed the order. The shipping didn't seem excessive it was $8.57 for 3 to 5 day delivery.

Here is what I ordered.

1 x Clamp Lamp - 8.5 inch $7.79
1 x ReptiSun 5.0 Fluorescent UVB lamp - 24" $19.65
1 x SCREEN COVER 20L/29 GALLON (12" x 30") MED. MESH W/ CENTER HINGE $9.38
1 x Digital Thermometer $6.99

I placed the order on Monday and it is still showing as pending. I’ll let you know how it turns out.

Seems reasonable compared to the places that I go to (bigal's and foster +smith).
