Habitat - Indoor :: set up for females

Hi,

Having read all the information about the size of tank that is recomended for a 6" RES I have realised i need a larger tank.

This problem seems simple, I get a larger tank i will get the largest one i can, that could accomodate another turtle, just to save on buying loads of tanks.

However if this next turtle is a female how do I provide her with an area to lay eggs while still keeping enough water area for them both to swim in?

I am struggling to picture a set up where I can provide this so any thought would be great.

There's lots of ways to fix the nesting area.... some people simply watch for signs that their female is ready to nest and transports them to the nest area while others having a nesting area close by/attached to the tank that can be easily accessed by the turtle itself.

I'm not sure if there are pics on the forum of nesting areas, if so maybe someone will point them out for you.
