So I have 2 red ear sliders they are about 2 years old now and they are ready for something bigger so I'm thinking about doing a 300 Gal rubber made pond. Here's my deal I live in Oregon and this would have to be a year round pond no room to bring them inside. Is there a way around the cold and dark days? I'd love to give them the room and a nice set up just don't know where to begin and want to make sure they are healthy

Welcome to the forum! Do you know the turtle genders yet? 300 gallons would be great, but they do need to bask and should have access to that and some Sun light as well. It sounds like there are only a couple of months that are optimal for them. Any chance that this pond could moved indoors when necessary?
