I wasn't suggesting you use your dad's. :shock: They're less than $1. I have one for each of my painted's tanks.

LOL, I would spend the $4 and get a separate one for the turtle. :shock:

My filter is at the bottom of my tank so when I see some poop stuck at the bottom i use a wooden stick and i kinda "direct" it toward the filter hopeing it will suck it up. Also a gravel Vaccuum will suck it up..

Ahh! FINALLY! I've searched over and over about how to get poo from the bottom of the tank and you made a great solution. That never even crossed my mind.
