I got a package of frozen bloodworms the other day, are these okay to feed my turtle occasionaly? (maybe once or twice a month)

Yes. I feed my turtles these about 1 time a month.
3 turtles,
3 cats,
& fish.

Yes, they are fine for treats. They are pretty messy though. You might want to feed them to your turtle in a container outside his tank.
