Can you hand feed an RES? I read somewhere they could only eat while in the water. Or is that not true?? Thanks!!

You can hand feeed you RES while he's IN the water. =)

Yes. RES need the water to swallow. They can grab pellets or anything that is on land, but they will always bring it to the water. You can defiantly hand feed a RES if he lets you!
