Try to feed your turtles in a seperate container and see if they will eat. That way both the turtles will get the same amount of food. You should only be feeding the amount of pellets with the amount you think can fit into your turtles head. I am feeding my baby hatchling about 4 pellets every day. Or if you wanted you could do 2 pellets in the morning and 2 another part of the day.
If your turtles wont eat in the container, try taking one turtle out of the tank and feeding the one that is in the tank. Then switch the turtles. Turtles tend to fight for food so this may be better for your turtles.
Have you tried giving your turtles lettuce? In the feeding section on the site there is a whole list of foods that you can be trying with your turtles. Fruit should only be fed about 1 time every 3-4 weeks. Just remember that younger turtles tend to like meat more and not eat the veggies. But as the turtle gets older, he will start to eat more veggies. But always offer these things to your turtles.
