Sweet potato, because it contains sugar, probably a head-sized piece once per week. Have you exhausted the list of foods yet? Try blueberries, dark leafy greens, apple or mango slivers, carrot slivers, strawberries, or peeled grapes.
Goldfish and rosie reds should be sold in the same area of the pet store, though one local aquarium store by me only sells feeder goldfish and no rosie reds, so I have to get them from PetSmart. They are small, about half the width of a goldfish but about an inch to two inches long. At PetSmart they are like 12 cents a piece. But remember, those aren't a substitute for actual food, your turtle should only get a few depending on his size each month at most.
