Feeding and Nutrition :: Is this an ok schedule?

Everyday I feed them reptomin baby pellets, BammBamm gets 6 pellets and Goblin gets 3 pellets. They also get lettuce everyday either romain or red lettuce about the size of their shell.

Monday: lettuce, reptomin, and a small piece of carrot
Tuesday: lettuce, reptomin
Wednesday: lettuce, reptomin, and a blueberry
Thursday: lettuce, reptomin
Friday: lettuce, reptomin, and a blueberry/ or a once a month treat
Saturday: lettuce, reptomin
Sunday: lettuce, reptomin, and a blueberry

Sometimes if we have sweet potato I will give that instead of blueberry on one of the days. I have tried dandelion greens with BammBamm but he doesn't like them, he also doesn't care for collard greens. Goblin still hasn't eaten any veggies yet but I think he takes a taste befor ignoring them. They both allways have cuttlebone available in their tanks.

sounds good, once they get bigger though i'd cut out the reptomin on tues, thurs and saturday.

the blueberries are good for shedding but should only be offered at most, once a week. any fruit has a lot of natural sugars that are hard for the turtle to digest. switch a veggie into that blueberry's spot for every day but (lets say...) sunday.

my turtle hated collard greens so i gave her kale and she liked that a bit more. kale has almost the same nutritional value of collard greens.

Depending on your size of turtle, "a blueberry" every other day is fine. I use the head-size rule when it comes to fruits and veggies and snacks, so a head-sized portion of blueberries for, say, a 4" turtle would be 3-4 blueberries, and one every other day equals 3-4 blueberries a week.

I'm concerned that your turtles are a year old and only 3 and 2 inches respectively. That's a bit on the small side for a year old. They should be closer to 4". I'd up your pellet intake a little, 3 baby Reptomin pellets for a 2" turtle is not a whole lot. I was feeding 3 full sized Reptomin pellets when mine was 2" with no ill effect.

My mom was worried that BammBamm was small for a 1 year old too, but I thought I read here somewhere that they grow at their own pace so I told her not to worry. Should I worry about his size? I am realy trying to follow everything I read here on this site. How many pellets should I be giving BammBamm and Goblin? I dont want them to perimid.
