Feeding and Nutrition :: Hikari Turtle Sticks

Turtle diets and eating habits discussed here.

Hikari Turtle Sticks are the best pellet food I've used. When my hatchling was sick, I hand fed him these sticks, a few of each color (different nutrients in each color). Although I used the Zoo Med Eye Drops and the Sulfa Dip, I honestly believe the Hikari Sticks were the most beneficial treatment. I continued to use the Hikari Sticks and my turtles are healthy still. I've had them for two years and three months.

I purchase the sticks at PetSmart. Thank you for the "clearance" information. I will check the three PetSmart stores in my area and buy all the Hikari Turtle Sticks I can find. Hopefully, I will find some and they are not being discontinued. I am in the Capital District Area of New York State.

Do you think they would have the Hikari pellets at Wal-Mart? I have tried their algae tabs for my fish and they loved them. I had to get those from a certain fish store though.
