Turtle diets and eating habits discussed here.

i am going on a trip for a couple days - i'm feeding my turtle the morning i'm leaving, then i'm gone three full days, and coming back in the evening on the fifth day and will feed him then. i normally feed him a few pellets every day, so i'll feed him a few more before i leave. should i find someone to come in and feed him while i'm gone or will he be ok? i'm betting it's ok but i'm just of course an overly concerned owner. :]

He should be fine... You can place some feeders and aquatic plants in there for him as well.

I think they should be fine. I usually throw in a piece of lettuce in addition to pellets if I'm leaving for a few days.
