hi there

after giving my two RES carrots, dandelion leafs and lettuce, I want to feed them with zuchini but I don't know if I should give it to them raw or boil it... any suggestions?

also I wanted to ask you how often should I feed them with carrots since I heard it's good for their sight.

thanks!

i put a whole raw small zucchini in my turtle's jello shots. that was mixed with a whole sweet potato and red leaf lettuce and a few other veggies, though. just wash any veggies well before you feed them to your turts.

i'd say a few shavings of carrot once a week would be fine, it's not super important, but it will add a little variety. my turtle loves it. she's so cute when her beak turns orange from the carrot.

You don't have to boil it, then it just lose nutrition. Heck, I eat raw zucchini myself and it's yummy in my tummy ;)
