i have an about 5 month old red eared slider. I used to feed it Reptoimin sticks (About this big ______) about 3 in the morning and 3 at night. I then realized that this might be too much so I cut it back to about one or two in the morning and at night. About a week ago, he refused to eat anything. I thought that maybe he was tired of the pellets so i went out and bought the Reptomin variety pack thing that comes with small pellets, mini krill, and baby shrimp. I'm now feeding him 2-3 pellets which are about ___ that big and about every weekend i give him a piece of shrimp or krill (they are only about this big ___) am i over, under, of feeding him just right?
(i know that i need to offer him vegtables too and im working on that! )

It depends on how big your turtle is. The general rule is to look at the size of his head, not the neck, and give him about that volume of pellets that would fit in his head.

You can offer vegetables in addition to that, every day. For treats look at the main site's advice for feeding, it has recommended frequency for different treats. Have you tried the turtle jello shots? They're a great way to introduce veggies, and give a treat, and drop food in if you're in a hurry with a good filter. There's a sticky at the top of Feeding and Nutrition section in forum. I love them, one of my turtles goes absolutely crazy for them, and the other doesn't care.

Yeah the jello shots are very successful for allot of people, Unfortunately not for me :(
Also thats very good you started giving him a variety of food cause they get tired of the same food everyday like yours did.
With the new pellets are you still feeding him morning and night?
also with the shrimp/krill give him it once or twice a week.
