Feeding and Nutrition :: Different RES diets

I've read in some threads about diets for shedding. Can I ask what the different diet types are? Other than the shedding diet, what else is there? And may I ask what they compose of? Thanks...

The diets are what you determine it to be. Older RES should be getting more veggies, that would be the main consideration. There is a sticky with other member's feeding schedules/diets.

The nutrients in certain foods (not a specific diet) are said to help encourage shedding. However, a diet that's balanced and has a lot of variety is the best diet you can have for your turtle.
