My turtle went through this before, I got so worried that night. I kept saying to my girlfriend "OMG he's not eating this can't be good, he could die". And then the next day he was gobbling them down faster than I could feed them to him. I'd say you shouldn't have anything to worry about unless it lasts for an extended period of time. How long have they been doing it?

I don't know I think it's been like this for 4-5 days...

=(

Don't turtles have common sense?
If they don't eat they'll die..

I wonder if it has anything to do with the food food I bought him
It's still from the same company;; ReptoMin

Hmm, I'm no expert and since it has been that long I would invite someone with a little higher knowledge to answer this. 4-5 days is a damn long time for them not to eat/be hungry. Good luck, I hope it is nothing serious.

I tried that, but now when he sees the sticks he doesn't eat at all.

I think it's just temporary. Keep feeding your turtle the same way, hopefully it'll eat normally soon. Turtle is cold blooded, it can
survive without eating for weeks. Though it's unhealthy for sure, you shouldn't worry yourself too much about it if it's only been
4-5 days.

Try some other foods, even other brands of turtle pellets.
