How big are the turtles, how many do you have and how long have you had them?

Jello shots are used to trick them into eating vegetables. You shouldn't have to do that to simply get them to eat.
This is where Steve's question come into play to understand their background and figure if they could be on the sick side.

Have you tried bits of worm or tuna or sardines. Hatchlings are often attracted to foods that move and/or smell.

Did you just get the turtles? If not, have you changed their setup? They may not eat for a while if they're just getting used to their home.

I have the same problem! Mine have only been home/rescued/bought 4 days ago. Very alert & lively 1 inch babies but I'm taking a sigh of relief because, yes, mine are getting used to their new home. They're just got transferred to their 20 gallon tank yesterday, though it's less than half filled with water. There's currently 3 gallons so they can prop themselves out of the water while sitting on their rocks. Maybe there's hope?!
