I have 2 RES. name's: Spike and Mary. Concern about feeding time is that i get to see spike rarely eat compared to Mary she like a pig^@^). Anyone has any idea on how to boost there eating habit's?

lately just been feeding them pellets. and trying little fruits on the menu. I have read that it is only necessary for them to be fed once in two days?. (If that's the correct way of feeding them.)

But for me I feed them twice in a day. more on pellet's. also been thinking of making them eat Cuttle Bone.

Any suggestion and advice. Would be most welcome!

Separate them when you are feeding them. It's not unusual for one RES to outcompete another in the same tank. Mary should have no problem eating in a separate feeding container. Spike may prefer to eat in the tank, especially if he's a bit timid.

Don't concentrate on fruits, you should check the plants section on this site.

What do you mean separate them both? or only during feeding time?.

When you're going to feed them, either feed them in separate containers or take one out of the tank (and put him in another container/safe place) feed the other and then switch them. The one that's not eating much will probably take longer to eat.
