i've had all of the above issues. i tried feeding my plecco the wafers when filbert was asleep, but he woke up immediately. i tried breaking them into little pieces, but filbert still ate them. i tried to hide them under a fake log, filbert still got to them. i seriously don't know how my plecco is still alive! there is literally no algae in my tank anymore!
