Feeding and Nutrition :: Good Feeders?

I breed/plan on breeding these for my reptiles and the guppies I breed for fun. Which ones are safe to feed the RES I am getting? And in what amounts should they be fed? Also what are the best brands of pellet to get? Thanks :mrgreen:

ROACHES
- Discoids
- Dubia (coming this week)
- Lats (coming in a few weeks)

OTHER STUFF
- Isopods
- Crickets (soon to come)
- Meal Worms (coming within two months)
- Guppies
- Mice (in a few years)
1 RES
1 Desert Banded Gecko
1 Gophersnake
11 Birds
1 Rat
3 Dogs
11 Cats
1 Goat

Crickets and guppies are used, not sure about the others. Though meal worms and pinkies are used, they are really unnecessary.
