Turtle diets and eating habits discussed here.

I posted a topic a while back asking if it was safe to feed to my turtle's, the answer was yes..But I was wondering if instead of lettuce I could add this more often to my turtle's diet. It's cheaper, I just bought some for 89 cent's, while lettuce cost's about 2$ and doesnt last as long as the culantro does.

It's really hard to find any nutritional information on culantro, but there's plenty on cilantro. I did find somewhere that said culantro is a good source of calcium, iron, carotene and riboflavin, but I don't know if there is any potential negative factors.

I posted this link on my last topic on culantro, http://www.hort.purdue.edu/newcrop/proc ... 4-506.html

It say's the leave's are a perfect source of vitamin A, it's good in alot of way's, even to us human's..I just dont want to keep feeding this to them until I know for sure that it wont do any harm, I've looked at several different turtle site's and none of them say anything about culantro or cilantro.. :?
