i fed him chicken and he ate it. i hear you can feed it to a turtle. is it true or did i harm my turtle

no no no ur fine. if u feed it to ur turtle as an occassional treat than all's well. if it becomes more frequent then it could become a problem.

Well..it is fine if you cooked it in water only..and it really should only be fed once a month tops-too much protein.

Next time, it would be more sensible to ask if the food is ok BEFORE you feed it.

What I meant was, when in doubt, get opinions first rather than possibly feeding it something that might cause harm. I didn't think my post would be seen as offensive.

Boiled white chicken meat without seasonings is ok as a rare treat.
