i know this is off topic but - i havent fed mealworms before - do they fight the turtle (struggle)? or do they just drown?

i think that most ppl usually buy the mealworms that are already dead & canned. i don't know if anyone has fed them live. so far i've decided to just feed my turtle rosies once a month
