Feeding and Nutrition :: Brine Shrimp

Turtle diets and eating habits discussed here.

When we inherited the turtle, they gave us some freeze dried brine shrimp (VERY little things. I guess they are sea monkeys, but special for reptiles.)

In any case, he loves 'em. Absolutely loves 'em. I am doing well at not giving them to him every time he 'asks', but does anyone have any thought on the nutritional content of these? Should I use them like 'treats' or can they be used as a diet staple with the greens and pellets?

They're not good to give too often, too much protien. they're fine for an occasional treat, but the pellets and veggies should be most of his diet.
