Im trying to put my turtle on a new diet because all ive been feeding him is his food sticks and ive planed what im going to feed him and when so far this is all i have
sunday - four food sticks
monday - one baby carrot and a peice of cuttle bone
tuesday - small earth worm and two food sticks
wensday - fin for him self ( i have anachris and rosy reds in therefor him to eat)
thursday - Dandelion leaves
i dont know what to feed him on friday and saturday so tell me what you feed your turtle or what i should feed him on those days i have one last question can i feed him earth worms from out side or should i buy the ones from petsmart
one last thing hes 1.5 inches right now if you read this please help because im trying to get him on this this week thaks in advance

You can offer veggies every day, and since he's so small aim to give him about a head's worth of pellets every day. Once he's bigger it should be cut back to every other day. On days that you give him a piece of worm cut back on the pellets (don't want to give him too much protien). Red and green leaf lettuce are good to give them, romaine is ok but not the best. Avoid giving iceburg lettuce, it's pretty much worthless nutrition-wise. When you give the carrot, you'll need to shred it so he can eat it. I use a vegetable peeler to make strips for my turtle. Look through the list of good vegetables to feed, variety is important. On the worm issue, it's fine to give him worms from outside if you know they are from somewhere safe (no pesticides etc). It's a safer bet to buy them.
