Is it ok to feed my RES gold & silver fish? What about the bones?

I don't think goldfish is recommended - too fatty. I've never heard of silver fish...

Gold fish are frowned upon, and I've never heard of silver fish, aside from those nasty little bugs. But gold fish are too fatty for your turtle. Stick to rosie red minnows and feeder guppies, or crickets.

And don't worry about the bones, the turtle will eat them with the rest of the fish.

No, those are goldfish too if I'm seeing the picture right.
You want to buy the tiny rosy red minnows. They're the healthiest option in terms of fat. Most stores sell them for about $0.10 each.

goldfish dont really offer any nutrition. some people just dont realize it. the second video had very little water and gravel in the tank which are both no no's so i wouldnt really put too much thought into what that person does.

It's not that it's instantly deadly for your turtle to eat goldfish. The problem occurs with their nutritional content. Goldfish tend to be extremely fatty (even as babies) and can carry diseases. Here is the link to the nutritional guide, where you can see goldfish are found under the not recommended portion:

http://www.redearslider.com/prey.html

I would also like to say youtube is not a good source of turtle care. There are several good videos out there provided by good owners. But turtles are still, for whatever reason, widely mistreated as pets. So the majority of the information you find there, unfortunately, will be incorrect.

Whats the difference between RES eating Guppies & Rosy red minnows or goldfish? All three of them are from freshwater. Doesn't all fish or any live prey carry diseases? We just dont know.

guppies and rosies have much less fat. goldfish has lots of fat. and fat isnt good for your turtle, regardless if they are all freshwater, they are all completely different fish :|

and any fish from a pet store can carry diseases, usually people QT them for a bit so that the sick ones will die off. and then even breed your own so the are feed good and dont have diseases
