Can I feed my RES feeder goldfish, if so do they have any nutritional value?

Goldfish from what I read are supposed to be really fatty or something, ye better off with like rosy red minnows or guppies from what Ive read here.

bloodwine had it right. goldfish are too fatty to give your turtle. rosie reds and guppies are the only fish i give
