Hey! I've got my tank going to breed some guppies and even have my first couple of fry. Unfortunately, the latest male I picked up brought Ich/Ick in with him. I know several of the commercially available treatments aren't to be used on fish that are going to be eaten. So what do you guys recommend?

I've used sea/aquarium salt and it got rid of the ick. I was hesitant to use any commercial chemicals because I've heard that sometimes they hurt the fish and can even kill them if the ick is at a more developed stage and has weakened the fish.
