Feeding and Nutrition :: How many pellets should I feed my turtle daily?

My RES Archie (don't know his/her sex yet) is nearly 2 inches long. How many pellets should I feed him/her daily?

Currently I feed him around 5-7 pellets but I'm thinking that's too much.

As many as would conservatively fit into his hollow head (not neck). Some pellets are larger than others, so it would be smaller number for some pellets.

You're the best judge of how many is too much. If you think 5 - 7 of whatever pellets you're giving is too much, then cut back. Sometimes it's good to experiment a little.
