Rasberries are considered fruit, right? I guess it would be ok, just make sure you take out all the seeds before giving it to your turtle. Fruits should only be given once a month max.

If anything, there are other fruits that you can give him - mine love a very, very rare treat of pineapple bits. Just a suggestion.

Apples are OK too..:)

Keep in mind that fruits shouldnt be offered often, only once a month max. Your focus should be set on vegetables, pellets, and supplementing those foods with some Reptile vitamins (if you want).

most berries are fine once in awhile. they are lower sugar than lots of other fruit, and I don't think you really need to remove the seeds. Mango, papaya, and canteloupe are all better for viamin A content, but berries once a month are also good. Blueberries, blackberries, raspberries, and strawberries are all full of vitamins and minerals, but also have fructose, so good in moderation.

I'd give bananas only very rarely and skip citrus fruits. You could also try slivers of cantelope. My RES loves this and gets a little about weekly when it's in season.

Sheba LOVES berries. ANY kind of berries. I do feed her raspberries occasionally. Just toss in the tank! No need to remove seeds.

If you feed a cherry, you will have to remove the pit/seed though.

Berries make a very nice treat!

My turtles love cherries, strawberries, and cantelope. i just tried mango, and they love it too! They weren't fans of the blueberries or raspberries. Weird little turtles. I must say I am happy I don't have to share my blueberries! I think it's enough of a sacrifice to share my mango. ( They are my fav!)

My RES has developed a taste for mango as well, but he's willing to try almost anything. Cantelope has always been a favorite and he likes cherries. Strawberries and blueberries a bit less so. I've never tried raspberries, though.
