So is there a gap in the back to make room for the intake and outtake tubes? That's what it looks like. It looks great so far. Can't wait to see when it's done.

Very nice framing......Now don't forget to sand and stain it, and maybe a couple of coats of nice satin polyurethane.

Are you going to paint it to match the tank stand?

Looks great, I want one.

Wow, you have it all planned out well, I will I had the money to pour into my tank like that. Someday I will, mine is going to take longer buying one part at a time.

WOW! Thank you for the photo's keep us updated. I admire your attitude and effort. I also usually have to customize stuff because I know what i want and it is never on the market.

AND GUYS GIVE THE DUDE A BREAK ON THE STONES!!!!

What size is your tank? I wish they would make them a bit wider.

I agree with your natural approach I just do not have the time to maintain it properly and I like the empty look. My sister moved and we got a turtle, so it truely was not my choice to have a turtle. My daughter set her eyes on him right away when she heard her aunt was moving.

What is the purpose for the custom made wood top?
