What's the best canister filter I can get for $200-$250?

Also, I'm planning on going to a reptile expo next month, so would that be the best place to buy a filter?

Lol! I have totally forgotten that I bought an FX5 for Turtley for around $220. I should probably spend a little less on Bolt's filter since he's only in a 20 long tank. As a musk turtle he won't really ever need that large of a tank. He'll stay tiny and cute forever! Mwahahahaha! :D
