i have a question about the compact uvb bulbs...they look like the new twistie light bulbs.....i was wondering if these are ok to use and if anyone has had any problems with them....and also is it ok to use them in a regular clamp light or should they be used in a certian type of lamp?

I use the twisty CF bulb ReptiGlo 5.0 for my uvb in a ceramic fixture and it works fine. As long as your clamp light has a ceramic fixture, you should be okay.
