Muriner,

Good luck in college man. It's sad to see you selling all your stuff, and I went through the pics that you linked and I got a little bummed again. I do hope you stick around and enjoy the lives of the community of turtles represented here. Memories live on in our hearts, and the longer we tell the stories, the bigger they become which create the legacies we will never forget.

Blessings,
Branden

Thanks Branden! I'll stick around heck i'll even show you guys some pictures of my "friends" when i get them all set. Currently i'm working on building something for the tank, and it's turning out pretty good.

But, dont get me wrong man, i'd love another RES, hell i'd love to fill my pond with RES's. But i just cant right now. I'm finishing up my associates and it's looking like May 8th is the day. When i choose a school, i dont wanna leave my parents with a task that may be just to involved, fish and inverts, i can show them how to feed and that's it.

This community has been great, and RES pictures still make me want one. I'm sure someday when i know i'll have the proper conditions for them, i'll have another. Until then i'll keep learning more about them. Heck even my dad learned about them when my turtles got sick. He went to work and looked at journals that i could never have access to. He's a Microbiologist, but was originally a vet. He learned how to dose my turtles, and he even got the medicine i needed. The same stuff you'd find at the vet. But even with this, the life of the turtles i had was far to delicate, it just wasnt time... So i'll hold off for now.

Sorry to rant and rave so much Branden, but i thank you for your support. And trust me, i remember those little ones, i still have their pictures saved on my digital camera flash card, and i still have them on my comp... They were my sweeties remember :)
