It will depend on the seller. But there are many full time pet stores that sell on ebay and have very good feedback. I would never buy any highly breakable item such as this from anyone without the reputation behind them. But to save $30, I will buy off ebay.

have you checked bigalsonline.com? it's about $22.99 for the 10% UVB lamp, I say it's not a bad deal compare with ebay in case you didn't know about the website

do you know any good pet seller on Ebay? thought I'd like to give it a try

Yea, I have bought from Big Al's before. But then you have to add shipping on top of that. I got the bulb delivered for $14.99.

I have 4 kids, 7 cats, a 100lb dog and two tanks, 3 bubble eyes, now two turtles..the bills add up so if I can save a chunk, I will.
