HI TURTLE EXPERTS!

Deciding between these 2 filters to add onto my Aquaclear 200 on my 30Gal Tank. I've read the product review site but still not too sure which one is better! Any comments?

Can someone tell me the power consumption of the Emperor 400, I hear that it is a big difference from the AC's.

If you go to the mfgr's website and read a description of the product, it should tell you what the power consumption is.
