My turtles really like to sink to the bottom and look for food, oddly enough they only like to eat cuttle bone when is has sunk to the bottom.

The problem is that when I cut cuttlebone to put in the tank it takes days for it to sink. Do you guys have anyway of making it sink faster?

You could anchor it down with a veggie clip with a sucker on it.

It's funny, Spot will only eat cuttlebone that floats!

LOL Serra only likes sunk cuttlebone too!

I don't think they eat it everyday, so I let it slowly sink.

Cut the pieces thin so they get waterlogged quicker.
