Feeding and Nutrition :: Am i feeding them right?

I dont know if im feeding them right food. i feed them pellets every day. they are small though

How big are your turtles? How many pellets are you feeding them? You should read through the feeding sections of the main site so you have a better understanding at what you should be feeding your turtles. There are also some lists of good things to be feeding your turtles and bad things at the top of this forum.

They are smaller than the palm of my hand and I feed them each 2 pellets so...............

If you're not sure how to measure the right amount of pellets to feed your turtle, here's a good thread with photos that might help. Every day, you're supposed to feed a turtle smaller than 4" long the amount of pellets that would fit in his head if his head were hollow. Bigger than 4", they should get a headfull of pellets every other day.
